Adult Turbot: (Scophthalmus maximus)
Turbot, a flat fish with delicious white meat. Our farming system guarantees the availability of fresh turbot throughout the year. The farming, processing and distribution system controls provide the best quality for the most demanding tastes.

Types of products:

Whole gutted fresh: Fresh gutted turbot, packed in ice in expanded polystyrene boxes. Top level product, guaranteed freshness. Sold in calibers of 0.5 to 1 kilo, 1 to 1.5 kilos, 1.5 to 2 kilos and over 2 kilos.

Frozen fillet: Turbot in fillets with or without skin, frozen, packed as per our client´s requirements.
